Mitel Software Applications

Attendant Console

This powerful, Collaboration and Presence software provides seamless integration between the computer and telephone so users can immediately determine real-time station status of associates. Users can initiate, answer, transfer, reverse transfer, hold, conference, forward, and mute calls via touch screen, mouse, or keyboard.

Attendant Console software works in both single and multi-node configurations - so users can view the real-time status of all the stations and hunt groups on the system, whether they're in the office or across the country. Collaboration

As an integral part of our Managed Services offerings, Mitel is focused on providing a suite of Presence, Collaboration, and Messaging Tools that are designed to solve your challenges and business requirements.

Collaboration Tools enable enterprises to foster a dynamic, real-time environment in order to share ideas and information in the pursuit of common goals. Collaboration tools enable two or more people in geographically dispersed locations to communicate more effectively, streamlining business process, improving customer care, enhancing employee productivity and reducing expenses. These tools offer the flexibility to utilize a variety of devices, enabling the user to communicate while on-the-go. Additionally, these tools have the ability to capture the results of a collaborative effort for future reference.

Collaboration Tools bridge into Presence Tools, which enable users to conveniently view the availability of others before they initiate a collaborative effort, eliminating the chance of wasted time. Messaging is the foundation from which collaborative efforts can be built. These tools facilitate collaboration by providing users with reliable, flexible ways to transfer and exchange information, regardless of the recipient's availability and location.
